Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Perspectify subscriptions.

Trial access

Trial access is sales-led and may be offered before a paid plan begins. If no paid plan is confirmed before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

Subscription billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within [30] days and we will review the request in good faith. [Confirm refund window and statutory rights, e.g. EU/CH withdrawal rights, with counsel.]

Downgrades

Downgrading a plan takes effect at the next billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades unless required by law.
