• Usage data: product interactions and diagnostic logs used to operate and improve the service.
• Customer Data: telemetry, sessions, feedback, and related data your projects send to us, which may contain personal data of your end users.

How we use data

We process personal data to:

• Provide, secure, and maintain the service.
• Process billing and manage your subscription.
• Communicate about your account and service changes.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or comparable laws apply, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligation as applicable. [Confirm bases with counsel.]

Where data is processed

Perspectify is built Cloudflare-native. Telemetry and metadata are processed on Cloudflare's network, with per-project databases, object storage for artifacts, and background processing on the edge. International transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards. See the Data Processing Addendum for sub-processors.

Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and Customer Data according to your plan’s retention settings. Data may be deleted after termination following an export window.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. Contact privacy@perspectify.dev to exercise these rights.
