Plans are billed per organization, monthly or annually, with annual billing discounted. Payments are handled through Stripe or PayPal, and seat and project limits scale with your plan.

Sales will confirm the plan before the trial ends. Your data is not deleted when a trial ends.

Perspectify uses role-based access control with owner, admin, engineer, support, and stakeholder roles, each mapped to granular permissions across telemetry, sessions, feedback, health, install, and team management.

Each project’s data is stored in its own dedicated database, kept separate from every other project. Telemetry, screenshots, and background processing run on globally distributed infrastructure so the app stays fast wherever your users are.
